My daughter recently moved to Omaha and the check engine light on her vehicle came on. We called Tuffy Tire & Auto Service and they were able to get the vehicle in right away. They diagnosed the problem and gave a fair quote on other work that needed to be done. They vehicle is fixed and running great! Tuffy provided excellent customer service and we will definitely use them again!

Good mechanic who new how to repair my vehicle. I need some more work done and will go back to that Tuffy location if I can get the same mechanic. I liked the fact that the Assistant Manager had the mechanic speak to me after the fact and helped me understand what else needs to be done.

We are new to the area and I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube 4 door down from Tuffy. They kept trying to upsell me and tell me things I knew I didn't need. VERY ANNOYING! Then I took my car to Tuffy and had a completely different experience. They were quick, professional and courteous. We feel very comfortable talking with the staff, and believe they are very trustworthy. We will continue to maintain our cars here.

I recently visited this Tuffy's on Wright Street. Their mechanics did some maintenance on my truck. When they were finished, my 1994 Toyota Pickup drove like a new truck. I have been to the Tuffy's on Wright Steet several times, and have always left satisfied. I frequent this shop because I receive great customer service, honest diagnostics and quality workmanship on my vehicle. I recommend this particular Tuffy's to anyone searching for these qualities when needing automotive maintenance or repair.

I took my car in to be serviced last week, and the mechanics immediately found a nail in my tire. My oil change and flat tire took 40 minutes to repair and I was on my way. I found the staff to be friendly and courteous. I would take any of my vehicles there.

It seemed liked they were a little on the high side, but Tuffy's is good! Unlike some other mechanics, Tuffy's actually PRINTS (not writes) out their receipts. The detailed estimate they gave me over the phone was negotiable: I said I wanted a couple things taken off, they said okay, they gave me the new price and it was exactly the same price as the receipt I signed once I got there. No high-pressure sales. Plus I got a discount for being a full-time student. If some of the other commenters had problems with Tuffy's, it was probably because they didn't know how to say no to additional repairs. I realize that no mechanic is perfect, but I just like knowing that if they do charge me too much, I have it printed out right in front of me, in detail. And the people complaining about prices are probably cheapskates. Just remember you get what you pay for. If a place has rock bottom prices, they probably have shoddy service as well.

Both the manager and staff have treated my wife well ever since we started going here more than a year ago for oil changes. They are helpful, honest and they don't mind that my kids being loud their waiting room. We've never had to wait longer than expected and the fellas inside are always kind. There is a reason we keep driving here for service instead of places a bit closer to home. A+

I recently had some work done on my wife's VW Jetta and my turbocharged Mustang. The staff at this location is top notch. They were very friendly and they were not affraid to work on my highly modified car. I find it hard to trust shops and even harder to send my wife to repair shops, but this one I have no fear about.
